AI doesn't walk into your operation on its own. We walk in with it.

Three fronts, one team. An AI Analyst to find where an agent pays off most, a Forward Deployed Engineer to build it and put it to work, and training so your team can take over. On their own or together, and you sign off on what matters.

The three fronts

Three fronts, one team. Together, they’re the shortest path.

Find

AI Analyst

Finds where AI pays off most.

  • Maps the routine with the people who do the work
  • Spots what repeats and works out what it costs today
  • Ranks by return and designs each agent: what it handles alone and what needs sign-off
  • Tracks the result in hours and dollars

Build and run

Forward Deployed Engineer

Builds the agent and puts it to work.

  • Works alongside your team, in the real routine
  • Connects the agent to the tools you already use
  • Tests on real cases and adds human sign-off where it matters
  • Owns quality and cost once the agent is live

What you getAgents running in your operation

When it fitsFor teams that already know which process to automate.

Teach

Training

Your team learns to use and look after the agents.

  • Hands-on workshops with your own processes
  • Team training to build and look after your own agents
  • Mentoring for partners on where AI should come in first
  • A format shaped around what your company needs

RecommendedAll three together, with one team. The Analyst finds and ranks, the FDE builds and ships, and training puts your team in charge. Every agent starts with a target and is measured against it.

Areas and processes are just examples. If a task repeats, it can be automated.

What an FDE is

Forward Deployed Engineer: the engineer who works where the problem lives.

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) leaves the vendor's office and works inside the customer's operation. They sit with the people doing the work, learn the rules and the edge cases, and build the solution right there, connected to the systems the business already runs on.

Palantir pioneered the role, embedding engineers with customers to solve what no off-the-shelf software could. Today it's how the companies building AI models, like OpenAI and Anthropic, bring AI into businesses.

In practice, an FDE doesn't hand you a login and a manual. They hand you an agent that's already running in your day-to-day, and they stay close to tune it.

Traditional consulting

Delivers

A recommendation and a slide deck. Execution is on you.

Off-the-shelf software

Delivers

A login and a manual. Your team figures out how it fits.

The agent running in your operation, measured and tuned.

Why it's the future

The AI model is now the easy part. The hard part is getting it to work in your business.

The model is one click away

Any business can subscribe to an AI model in minutes. It stopped being an edge: the value is in whoever makes the model work inside the operation.

Results live in the details

Every business has its own systems, spreadsheets and exceptions. The agent that works is the one that knows those details, and only someone on the inside learns them.

Tools without an owner become shelfware

Software that's bought and handed over with no one alongside tends to gather dust. With an engineer in the room, the agent becomes part of the routine and keeps getting better.

The people building AI already work this way

The companies behind the models built FDE teams to bring AI to their customers. We bring that same way of working to your operation.

Training

AI expertise that stays in your company. Not just with the vendor.

For teams that want to start by learning, or to look after the agents once we hand them over. We shape the format with you, around what your company needs.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

Is an FDE a consultant?

No. Consultants usually deliver advice. An FDE delivers a running agent and stays close to tune it.

Does the FDE work inside my company?

Inside your operation: with your team, in your tools and in your routine. On-site or remote, we agree on what works best for you.

Do I need all three fronts?

No. You can start with just the Analyst to find your way, just the FDE if the process is already clear, or training if your team is just getting started. Together, they’re the shortest path to results.

What stays with my company?

Everything we build: agents, rules and documentation. And your team learns along the way so they can run it afterwards.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope and how many agents make sense. We put together a quote after the first conversation.

Which routine becomes your first agent?
